Email contact@zillono.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Use an email address associated with the account where possible. Information to include需要提供的信息
- The name of the ZILLONO game or service.相关 ZILLONO 游戏或服务名称。
- Your account, player, or platform identifier, if one exists.账号、玩家或平台标识（如有）。
- The platform and approximate date you last used the service.所用平台及最近一次使用服务的大致日期。
- A clear description of the information or account you want deleted.希望删除的信息或账号的清晰说明。
Verification and processing身份核实与处理
We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that you control the relevant account and to prevent unauthorized deletion. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize eligible information within the period required by applicable law and confirm completion by email.为确认您对相关账号具有控制权并防止未经授权的删除，我们可能要求提供少量补充信息。核实后，我们将在适用法律规定的期限内删除或匿名化符合条件的信息，并通过邮件确认完成情况。
Information that may be retained可能继续保留的信息
Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Third-party platform data第三方平台数据
Deleting information held by ZILLONO does not automatically delete information independently controlled by an app store, social network, payment provider, or other third party. Please use the privacy tools or support channel provided by that service for its records.删除 ZILLONO 持有的信息不会自动删除由应用商店、社交网络、支付服务商或其他第三方独立控制的信息。对于其持有的记录，请使用相应服务提供的隐私工具或支持渠道。
